Stars Football League proclaimed the existence of a new Professional Spring Football League. The Stars thscore League will start the play on Saturday nights commencement April 2, 2011, with a 10 to 12 game agenda.
This professional conference plays out-of-doors, using traditional professional rules.
One rule enhancement will be that a orbit goal of 50 yards or thirster is worth 4 points, but if the sphere goal of 50 yards or longer is incomprehensible, the opposed team may elect to bring back the ball.
The SFL will be comprised of 6 teams playacting in the following venues:
Mobile(AL) Gladiators, acting in the Ladd Peebles Stadium, capacity of 40,000; Ft. Lauderdale(FL) Barracudas, playacting in the Lockhart Stadium, of 20,000; New Orleans(LA) Jazz, playing in the Ted Gormley Stadium, capacity of 29,000; Little Rock(AR) Ironmen, acting in the War Memorial Stadium, of 53,000; Daytona Beach(FL) Racers, acting in the Municipal Stadium, capacity of 21,000; Michigan Coyotes, playing in the Pontiac Silverdome, of 80,000; In plus to the above, original six teams, the SFL is evaluating other cities for expanding upon.
The SFL will pay players and coaches using a wage cap for the conference. The conference is controlled by a room of directors, headed by the chair of the room President, Peter(Pete) J. Huthwaite.
The missionary work of the Stars Football League, LLC is to work stimulating, professional football to underserved markets and to supply additive opportunities for players to showcase their talents and capabilities.
